CNC Programmer, MFG - 11th Ave, Jasper, IN

The CNC Technician is responsible for creation of programs for CNC equipment.Investigates and recommends changes to shop floor production processes involving CNC equipment.Follow engineering specifications.Coach machine operators in the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.Serve as a liaison with maintenance, engineering, support staff and operators to ensure equipment is best utilized.Document necessary information.Keep work space and equipment clean and well organized.Recommend/approve/make changes to improve efficiencies and equipment utilization.Identify training opportunities within the team and set actions for improvement.Able to use required CAD systems (AutoCAD, AlphaCAM, Solid Edge)Ability to use manual wood working machinery (table/band saw, router, drills, sanders, etc)ExperienceTwo years CAD/CAM experience preferredOne year 3D modeling experience preferred#KIIJA
