Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented
and highly organized IT Project Coordinator to support a fast‑moving
Digital Product Development organization within a global, regulated enterprise
environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring multiple high‑priority
initiatives are delivered on time, accurately, and in alignment with enterprise
governance and IT change controls.
The ideal candidate is
comfortable operating in Agile/Scrum environments, excels at cross‑functional
coordination, and communicates effectively with both technical teams and senior
leadership. This role works closely with Product Managers, developers, SMEs,
and IT Service Management partners to ensure execution discipline and delivery
transparency.
Required Skills & Knowledge
IT project coordination or project support experience
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Stakeholder coordination and meeting facilitation
Risk, dependency, and action tracking
Familiarity with IT governance, ITSM, or change management concepts
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven environments
Exposure to ITIL, ITSM, Change or Release Management
Engineering, maritime, or industrial software experience
PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications
Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project support roles
Experience working with Agile delivery teams
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
Coordinate day‑to‑day execution of multiple digital product and IT initiatives.
Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with agreed scope and priorities.
Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and meeting notes.
Agile / Scrum Support
Support Agile/Scrum teams by coordinating ceremonies and delivery milestones.
Stakeholder & Leadership Communication
Serve as a coordination bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
ITSM Change & Governance Alignment
Partner with ITSM Change Management to ensure project‑related changes follow required approval and documentation processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
