Providing a safe environment, quality workmanship, and exceptional value to our customers is the foremost focus of our operations.We are currently looking for Traffic Control Flaggers members in MN!Q3 Contracting is seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team. Traffic Flaggers play a critical role in maintaining a safe work environment for crews and the traveling public by directing traffic through construction and work zones.Responsibilities:Control the flow of vehicular traffic through construction zones using stop/slow paddles and 2-way radiosSet up and take down traffic control devices (cones, signs, etc.)Communicate clearly with crew members and the publicRemain alert and attentive to changing traffic and work zone conditionsFollow all company safety policies and state/local traffic control regulationsReport unsafe conditions to supervisors immediatelyQualifications:Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and situational awarenessExcellent communication skillsMnDOT or ATSSA flagger certification preferred (in-house training)Previous flagging experience is a plus but not requiredJob Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsStand and remain alert for extended periodsWork in heat, cold, wind, and rainAbility to travel up to 25% of the time.
