Job Title: Litigation Attorney / Senior Litigation Attorney Location: Beverly Hills, CA Work Type: Onsite | Full-timeWe are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys (Personal Injury) to join a fast-paced legal team in Beverly Hills, CA. This is a full-time onsite role requiring strong plaintiff-side litigation experience.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling personal injury cases through the litigation phase (not just pre-litigation), including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.Key Responsibilities:Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from litigation through resolutionConduct and defend depositionsDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsPrepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom proceedingsDevelop case strategies for complex and high-value claimsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handlingRequired Qualifications:2–3 years (Litigation Attorney) OR 5+ years (Senior Attorney) in personal injury litigationStrong plaintiff-side litigation experience (mandatory)Experience beyond pre-litigation (must have litigation exposure)Proven experience in depositions and motion practiceStrong legal writing and analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or trucking casesTrial preparation and courtroom exposureSpanish language skills (a plus)
