CNC Machinist (Temp-to-Hire)Location: Spring, TX 773732nd Shift: 4pm-1am M-F regular scheduleCurrently they are working 6/12 due to demand (4pm- 4am M-Sat)Pay: $20-$24 with $1 shift differentialJob Description: Reads blueprint or job order for product and job specifications such as dimensions,tolerances, number of parts to be run, tooling instructions or other writtenspecifications.Sets up machine, observes operation, and inspects first run and sample work pieces to ensure machining conforms to specifications.Determines processing specifications such as materials, location of cutting lines, dimensions, tolerances, and operational sequences.Examines finished work pieces and verifies conformance to quality standardsMark identification material before or after processing, store material for additional processing, and/or shippingAccurately completes work order paperwork/documentationPerforms routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections asrequiredAssists other machine operators to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.Ability to perform program editing (speed, feed tools, etc.) is a plus.Experience with Fanuc 18i control, Okuma, OSP, and MazakRequirements: 1-2 years CNC experienceBasic math skillsMust pass background and drug screenMust have steel toes, metatarsal guards, and safety glassesPowered by JazzHR
