You will act as a trusted adviser and proactive problem-solver, ensuring the seamless execution of executive priorities, virtual and in-person meetings, and strategic projects. You will be a strong communicator who diplomatically protects and prioritizes executive time. Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and solid instincts are essential as you anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and make decisions on behalf of leadership.Partner directly with the VP of PMO, Ops. and Ecosystem and other Product leaders as a strategic thought partner, supporting the execution of product initiatives, operational priorities, and ecosystem strategyOrchestrate complex global calendars, coordinating across multiple time zones while protecting time for strategic priorities and focused workExercise independent judgment and critical thinking to prioritize competing demands and resolve issues proactivelyPlan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional team meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless logistics, agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-through on action itemsSupport budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and financial coordination for the Product organization, working collaboratively with Finance partners to ensure accuracy and complianceCollaborate closely with other executive assistants and business partners across the organization to complete work efficiently and support shared goalsMaintain and utilize appropriately in-depth knowledge of organizational operations, policies, and proceduresBuild and maintain strong relationships across the Product organization, serving as a trusted liaison between Product leadership and key stakeholders, fostering effective communication and keeping leadership informed of team dynamics and organizational pulseRepresent leadership with diplomacy and professionalism, protecting and prioritizing their time while managing stakeholder relationships and expectationsSupport team culture initiatives and team-building activities, working closely with leadership to foster engagement, collaboration, and positive team dynamicsWho You'll Work WithYou will report directly to the VP of PMO, Ops. and Ecosystem and work as a collaborative partner with other Product leaders and their teams. You'll interface regularly with members of our Core and AI teams, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, building strong cross-functional relationships. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement.
