Hospitalist Physician Assistant

Location:Deaconess Illinois Medical Center Marion, IL About Us:Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our community. We are seeking 1 PRN Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our hospitalist group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support for our patients. Clinic Hours:Day Shift:7am-7pm, 12-hour shifts Responsibilities:Assist with day coverage for the hospitalist group Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting Qualifications:Licensure in the state of Illinois Certification by the ANCC as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or by the NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in a hospitalist role is preferred, but not required Bonus: Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics.
