Ensure timely delivery, inventory management, and compliance with project specifications while coordinating with vendors, team members, and stakeholders to support seamless project execution.Major Functional ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Inventory Management: Source, order, and track equipment and supplies to meet project requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels align with project needs. Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, delivery, and storage of equipment and supplies, ensuring timely availability at project sites. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards. Project Support: Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop schedules, budgets, and resources plans for equipment and supplies. Documentation & Reporting: Track project expenses, prepare reports on equipment usage, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance. Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or defective supplies promptly to minimize project disruptions. Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsRequired QualificationsRequired Education:High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent ExperienceWork Experience 6 months work experienceRequired Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites within geographic area as needed.
