Delivery Specialist/Warehouse Associate

Position Overview You’ll support the movement of materials and finished products from our facility to our customers and partners, ensuring deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care. Just as importantly, you’ll serve as a consistent, reliable presence for customers—bringing a professional, approachable, and serviceminded attitude to every interaction. Success in this role means more than completing deliveries. It means creating a dependable experience for customers, supporting internal teams wherever needed, and helping ensure that every project reaches its destination with the same level of care that went into producing it. What You’ll Achieve • Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience by representing the company with professionalism, reliability, and approachability • Build trust through everyday interactions, becoming a familiar and dependable point of contact for customers • Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while maintaining the quality and condition of all materials • Support efficient workflow by assisting with other warehouse operations, as needed • Communicate proactively with internal teams to keep deliveries and expectations aligned • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline systems Skills and Strengths That Help You Succeed We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
