This is a go-to-market role with sales oriented responsibilities. The main goal is to drive contract renewal rates, support retention and identify upsell opportunities during the renewal process. This is an in-office role, based in Brickell, Miami.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive renewal conversations to increase renewal rates, support retention and identify upsell opportunitiesWork closely with Account Management to identify risk factors and support smooth renewal executionPartner with General Managers and Product teams to share customer feedback and support customer negotiations when neededEnsure renewals are accurately documented and properly forecastedBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to support contract resolution and renewal executionHelp improve the renewal process over time to increase retention and reduce churnPerform other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in renewals, account management or customer success in a B2B or SaaS environmentDirect experience managing or supporting software contract renewals and driving retention outcomes Preferred QualificationsExperience managing subscription or contract renewals end to endStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsExperience working with large and complex books of businessDemonstrated ability to identify upsell, cross sell or expansion opportunitiesAbility to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionallyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience using CRM systems such as SalesforceStrong problem solving and analytical thinking skillsAdditional information
