Our culinary focus is bold, craveable American cuisine—elevated classics, standout brunch, and late-night bites that pair seamlessly with a lively bar program and neighborhood crowd. This is an opportunity to define the culinary identity of a relaunching hospitality staple. We're looking for a chef who thrives in fast-paced environments, runs a tight kitchen, and builds strong, inspired teams. What You'll Do Menu Development & Execution Create and execute a distinctive American-driven menu: brunch staples, shareable plates, comfort-forward entrées, and late-night bar bites. Develop seasonal menu updates while keeping core crowd favorites consistent and high quality. Collaborate on occasional themed dinners, game-day features, and special events. Design systems for consistency, speed, and flavor across high-volume service. Kitchen Leadership Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff with a strong emphasis on coaching and education. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. Maintain tight operational control—inventory, ordering, food cost management, prep systems, and cleanliness. Lead by example during service with composure and efficiency. Operations & Growth Oversee vendor relationships and purchasing. Maintain health and safety compliance to the highest standards. Work closely with ownership and bar leadership to create food and beverage synergy. Contribute to the expansion of our established wholesale line (as applicable), maintaining quality and consistency.Who You Are Passionate about American cuisine—from indulgent brunch plates to bold late-night comfort food. Experienced in high-volume brunch and dinner service. A strong leader who builds loyal teams and develops talent. Organized and systems-driven, with sharp cost control awareness. Creative but practical—able to innovate while keeping execution tight. Comfortable collaborating on marketing moments, special events, and community-driven programming.
