Description: Job Title: General Warehouse Job Type: Full Time non-exempt About Us: Klatch Coffee is a dynamic and passionate coffee roastery committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. We take pride in sourcing the finest coffee beans from around the world and meticulously roasting them to perfection. Position Summary: As a General Warehouse employee at Klatch Coffee, you will be responsible for participating in various duties within the warehouse including packaging coffee, stocking finished goods, Pulling orders for various types of customers and shipping orders. Your expertise will contribute to the consistent quality and reliable deliveries from Klatch Coffee. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Properly labeling product Packaging coffee Stocking shelves Accurately Picking and packing orders for different sales channels Labeling/ dating/ pricing products as needed Filling out necessary paperwork for shipments Maintaining a clean safe work environment Perform End of day cleaning on equipment and work area Adhering to SQF and Food Safety Policies Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) Assist is other warehouse duties as required Requirements: Qualifications: Strong attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Physical ability to lift 40 pounds Standing for long periods of time - Working in Non- Climate controlled environment
