Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Labor & Employee Relations)As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Labor & Employee Relations) at the GS-0201-15 some of your typical work assignments may include:Supervise team of approximately 10 senior, GS-0201-14 Human Resources Specialists (Employee & Labor Relations)Develop/review/approve department-wide HR guidance on highly complex and difficult problemsAdvise senior department leadership on significant and far-reaching LER mattersEvaluate incoming guidance, policy, law, regulations, Executive Orders, etc. for department impact and develop implementation strategies.Assures appropriate IT support for LER functionsSupport LER community managementEstablishes and maintains cooperative relationships respective partners within and external to the department on relevant HR mattersRoutinely responds to department and higher level inquires using approved package requirements in an extremely expeditious manner.
