This 9‑week hybrid internship in Austin, TX is designed to provide real‑world experience, hands‑on learning, and meaningful mentorship. Required Hybrid Schedule: In‑Office Wednesdays at our South Congress office (additional in‑office days may be requested by your team) Dates: June 3 - August 7 Overview of Job/Team: SpyCloud is looking for a driven, curious, and motivated Learning & Instructional Design Intern to join our Revenue Operations & Enablement team as part of our Summer Early Talent Program! What You'll Do: Partner with the Revenue Enablement team to create engaging, easy‑to‑understand training materials that support the growth of our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) teams and external partners. Assist in the organization, refinement, and optimization of eLearning content – enhancing the effectiveness and experience of our training programs. Apply principals of adult learning to real‑world training scenarios, with mentorship and guidance along the way. Help audit, organize, and elevate our content library – ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clarity across learning materials. Support the conversion and refresh of existing eLearning courses into updated formats, templates, and structured learning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, digestible content for different audiences. Gain exposure to the role of enablement within a high‑growth cybersecurity company – and build foundational instructional design experience. Requirements: Enrolled in an undergraduate college program and currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development (L&D), Psychology, or a related field. Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer term. Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to come into the office once a week (Wednesdays). A passion for learning, collaboration, and innovation—we want interns who are curious, proactive, and excited to grow! Nice to Have: A passion for teaching, training, or making complex ideas easy to understand. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you enjoy structure, clarity, and process. Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g. Google Slides) and a creative eye for clean, effective design. Interest in adult learning principles, instructional design, or learning and development or enablement as a career path. Proactive, self‑starter attitude with a willingness to learn and try new things. Bonus: experience with any LMS/CMS platform, or eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise, iMovie, etc.). Why SpyCloud?
