Role We're looking for a Senior Elixir Engineer to design and build high-performance backend systems. You'll work with distributed services, data pipelines, and real-time logic — owning core backend functionality end-to-end.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain backend services in Elixir / OTPDesign distributed, fault-tolerant systems that scale
- Implement data pipelines, APIs, and real-time processing
- Improve reliability, performance, and observability
- Collaborate closely with product + engineering across the stack
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience with Elixir and Erlang/OTP fundamentals
- Understanding of concurrency, supervision trees, and message passing
- Experience building backend systems in production environments
- Ability to move fast, own features, and ship clean code
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus: Phoenix / LiveView experience
