Learn more at ABOUT THE POSITION Responsibilities Lead PFLAG LA's advocacy efforts. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support PFLAG LA's financial sustainability and growth. Partner with President and Vice President to align advocacy goals with the organization's strategic goals. Build relationships with other local groups and organizations to cultivate advocacy partners. Qualifications Willing to commit to a 1-2 year term. Experience in advocacy, lobbying, grassroots organizing, or similar. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Knowledge of LGBTQ+ community and nonprofit sector, preferred.
