Inside Sales Representative

Under the supervision of the Inside Sales Supervisor, the Inside Sales Representative needs to have a technical background supporting highly engineered products. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing order entries, and handling customer issues. This position works closely with operations, engineering, project management, and sales to collaborate, provide, and receive feedback as the voice of the customer.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Alignment with Key Account ManagersEnter Requests for Quote (RFQs) and follow up on quotationsEnter and manage sales orders from PO receipt through shipmentCoordinate ECNs and communicate impact to customersHandle sample requests and RMA intakeEnter and monitor customer complaints in call center, and aid customers, using support departments as neededMaintain open order reports and digital portals as neededProvide timely, professional, and effective communication to customers both internally and externallyProvide first-line technical support (lead times, alternates, basic spec questions)Resolve routine customer issues (delivery, invoice, certifications, etc.)Participate in meetings as appropriate to support duties
