The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with customersSales and customer service experience, including the ability to meet or exceed sales goalsKnowledge or willingness to learn about mattress products and sleep solutionsOrganizational and time management skills to support a smooth sales processProactive, goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independentlyBasic technical skills to operate point-of-sale systems and manage recordsPrevious retail experience is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or retail is a bonus
