Customer Solutions & ERP Implementation Manager

Basic Software Systems is seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused professional to manage key business services and customer implementation functions. This role serves as a central coordination point for ERP implementations, reseller purchasing activities, customer payment processing integrations, and fulfillment support, while maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal team members.The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across systems, vendors, and customer environments to ensure smooth execution and positive customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ERP Implementation & CoordinationLead and coordinate customer ERP implementation projects from onboarding through go‑liveManage implementation timelines, task tracking, and communication with customer stakeholdersDirect internal resources to ensure successful configuration, testing, and deploymentAct as a primary point of contact during implementation phases and early post‑go‑live supportCommercial Purchasing & Resale SupportManage purchasing activities for items sold to customersMaintain accurate product pricing updates from distributorsHandle distributor return authorizations, warranty claims, and related follow‑upCoordinate purchasing data and pricing integrity with sales and finance teamsCustomer Payment & Merchant Interface ManagementManage ERP integrations with customer credit card and merchant processing systemsCoordinate new merchant account setups and processor transitionsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving customer payment interface issuesServe as liaison between customers, payment processors, and internal technical supportFulfillment & Order SupportCoordinate shipping and receiving for customer orders and device deliveriesEnsure accurate documentation, tracking, and communication related to shipmentsSupport timely and accurate fulfillment of customer ordersCustomer & Internal Relationship SupportProvide responsive, professional support to customers across implementation and service areasAssist internal team members with process questions, system coordination, and follow‑upsBuild trust‑based relationships through consistent communication and problem resolutionAdditional ResponsibilitiesAssist with documentation, process improvement, and system enhancementsSupport cross‑functional initiatives as business needs evolvePerform other duties as assigned in support of company objectivesRequirementsHighly trainable for an industry-specific businessCustomer service-mindedEffective communicatorProfessional phone etiquette is a mustAbility to juggle multiple priorities at onceMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentExperienced with current computer technology, Office 365 a minimumDesire to servePersonableOrganizational skillsDetail-orientedProcess DrivenStrategic minded Expected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Simple IRASimple IRA matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
