Responsibilities:• Conduct virtual appointments with clients via Zoom and phone• Explain available benefit programs clearly and professionally• Answer client questions and assist with enrollment• Provide ongoing support and follow-up after enrollment• Maintain accurate digital records and scheduling• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development4. Requirements:• Legally authorized to work in the United States• Reliable high-speed internet connection• Laptop or computer with webcam and microphone• Professional workspace appropriate for virtual meetings• Ability to obtain required state insurance license (support provided)• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Professional, client-focused attitude• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities• Ability to work independently remotely• Coachable with willingness to learn• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic• Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual communication tools such as Zoom5.
