It has established global innovation center and Shanghai-based commercial manufacturing facilities certificated by China, the EU and U.S. GMP.Scope of Role:As the core administrative and business support partner of the Chief Commercial Officer (International Markets), you will fully assist the CCO in coordinating overseas commercial affairs, ensure efficient and orderly daily operations, support the implementation of overseas commercial strategies, and liaise with relevant matters across global regions. You will be a vital support for the CCO in conducting overseas business.Responsibilities:This role focuses on supporting the daily work of the CCO (International Markets), with a key emphasis on global calendar coordination and cross-regional collaboration. Specific responsibilities are as follows:Commercial Operations Support:Support the CCO in the implementation of overseas commercial strategies, manage commercial data and materials, assist in preparing overseas commercial meetings and business events, participate in document sorting and filing, and provide basic support for the CCO’s commercial decision-making.Cross-regional Communication & Coordination:Act as the communication bridge between the CCO and overseas commercial teams (Europe, the US, Asia), partners and internal departments. Efficiently deliver information, coordinate specifics, promote the connection and progress of cross-regional commercial affairs, and ensure accurate and timely information transmission.Admin Support:Responsible for the CCO’s global calendar planning and cross-time-zone schedule arrangement for meetings, negotiations and business trips across Europe, the US and Asia, ensuring smooth coordination and no conflicts. Assist with daily administrative work including document sorting, meeting minutes, email management and task follow-up. Manage end-to-end business trip arrangements including visas, flights, hotels and itineraries to support the CCO’s global operations efficiently.Requirements:We are looking for candidates with solid professional capabilities, excellent communication skills and high execution efficiency. Specific requirements are as follows:Education:Bachelor’s degree or above.Language Skills:Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, capable of using English and Chinese as working languages for cross-regional communication, meetings and document processing, with excellent English proficiency to communicate effectively with overseas teams.Core Competencies:Strong business acumen, able to quickly understand overseas business logic and accurately grasp priorities. Flexible and efficient communication skills, experienced in liaising with personnel at different levels across regions, with good cross-cultural communication awareness. Able to effectively handle parallel multi-tasks in a fast-paced global environment.Experience:8+ years of relevant Executive Assistant experience, with proven global scheduling experience (proficient in coordinating cross-regional calendars covering Europe, the US and Asia).Experience in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry, or experience supporting commercial-related business, familiar with overseas pharmaceutical commercial logic is preferred.Other Skills:Proficient in Office software, with strong skills in document management and meeting minutes writing. Proficient in or willing to learn new AI work skills.
