This role requires a self-motivated leader who is passionate about driving complex, high-impact programs aligned with strategic goals.The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives with urgency and accountability. This is a highly visible role that requires navigating ambiguity, making decisive decisions, and delivering quality outcomes at scale.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, operations, and other stakeholder groups Establish and manage program timelines while proactively identifying and mitigating risks Develop and implement program management best practices to improve efficiency and execution Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and continuous improvement Drive accountability across technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions Partner closely with product and engineering leadership to balance near-term execution with long-term architectural goals Lead the creation, alignment, and rollout of new planning, development, and program management processes QualificationsBA/BS degree preferred 6-10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering, or a related field Strong technical understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system architectures Extensive Agile experience as both a participant and program driver Proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact technical programs in fast-paced environments Experience creating and implementing new program planning and development processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions with a high level of ownership Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical initiatives to business outcomes Ability to foster collaboration across teams with competing priorities Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs CompensationPay Rate: Up to $92.43 per hourRequisition ID: 37313884
