Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Tampa, FLPosition SummaryThe BCBA will provide clinical oversight, behavioral assessment, treatment planning, parent training, and supervision of behavior technicians/RBTs across clinic, home, and community settings. This role focuses on delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA services that empower children and support families.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral and functional assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessment toolsDevelop individualized treatment goals and behavior intervention plans based on assessment dataMonitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and program modificationSupervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists to ensure high-quality service deliveryProvide parent training, caregiver consultation, and collaborative care coordinationComplete reassessments, treatment reports, and clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and organizational guidelinesMaintain accurate and timely billing and service documentationParticipate in interdisciplinary collaboration and regular clinical meetingsDeliver services via telehealth when appropriateEnsure compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policiesComplete competency assessments and required trainings within designated timelinesQualificationsCurrent BCBA certification and applicable state licensure requiredMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field from an accredited institutionMinimum of 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needsStrong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsExperience supervising RBTs preferredAbility to manage documentation and clinical responsibilities efficiently
