You'll be the heartbeat of the officeensuring both staff and patients have an exceptional experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support front and back office staffStep in and assist with front office duties as neededOversee scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and pre-authorizationsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policiesLead staff training, performance reviews, and address disciplinary mattersTroubleshoot basic computer/operational issuesManage inventory and office suppliesServe as liaison with EMR vendor, consultants, and external partnersMaintain a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly office environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe're searching for someone who combines leadership, professionalism, and positivitysomeone who can keep things running smoothly even on the busiest days.
