Shop Floor & Installation Crew Member

Job Overview We’re seeking hands-on individuals who love craftsmanship and are excited about creating and installing custom projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual labor tasks on the shop floor, including construction, assembly, and preparation of materials. Drive company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites. Assist with on-site installations, including climbing ladders and working at heights. Handle and lift heavy materials (75+ lbs) safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met with high-quality craftsmanship. Qualifications: Strong work ethic and a passion for building and hands-on work. Comfortable driving trucks (valid driver’s license required). Ability to climb ladders and work in various environments. Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy objects. Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Previous experience in manual labor or related fields is a plus but not required.
