MANTECH seeks a career and customer-oriented Program Data Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid position with 3-4 days a week onsite and 1-2 days remote.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToSupporting data and analytics tasks, consolidating qualitative and quantitative data collection related to emerging technologies and program initiatives to support decision-makingCollecting, analyzing, and interpreting structured and unstructured data, as well as DHS data, and exercising independent judgment to produce statistical analytic products using regression time series, confidence intervals, predictive modeling, and exploratory data analysisUsing scientific inquiry in the independent development of statistical models. Developing models to test, analyze, and evaluate data setsConducting cost, schedule, contract performance, variance, and risk analysisProviding project-specific feedback and guidance to project managers including tracking program activities, milestones, and deliverables across research and technology portfolios. Analyzing and evaluating the accuracy and validity of dataSupporting the federal program manager in the development of reports, briefings, fact sheets, and program documentation. Organizing and coordinating meetings, attending as a technical representative, maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersFacilitating procurement documentation development in full compliance with DHS Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF) and DHS Instruction 102-01-001Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or additional equivalent work experience2+ years of relevant work experience as a Program Data AnalystProficiency in modeling techniques such as regression, predictive, and time-seriesProven experience in developing technical reports and briefings for senior leadershipExperience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar)Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and documentation standardsPreferred QualificationsDefense Acquisition University (DAU) or DHS Program Management certificationExperience with DHS acquisition policy and systems engineering lifecycleUnderstanding of DHS Acquisition Management Instruction 102-01-001 (ALF)Clearance RequirementsMust be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust security clearancePhysical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
