Join us on our mission to transform construction through technology.About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and lead the development and maintenance of our platform's core functionality across both frontend and backend systems.In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Engineering and Product teams to build scalable, high-performing, and intuitive solutions. As a senior engineer, you'll own complex, high-impact projects that require strategic thinking, technical excellence, and strong product intuition.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing startup while building products that solve real-world problems.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality software across the full stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.Build and optimize user-facing applications while integrating them with robust backend services.Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to prioritize and deliver features that drive customer success and revenue growth.Implement best practices for security, testing, deployment, and software quality.Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Share knowledge with the engineering team and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.What You'll Bring5+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack web applications in fast-paced environments.Strong experience with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS.Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, modern web architectures, and frontend performance optimization.Proven experience building and maintaining complex SaaS products with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and reliability.Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience leading projects from concept to production.Passion for clean code, mentorship, and continuous learning.BenefitsCompetitive salary: $180,000–$205,000/year (DOE)EquityHybrid schedule (3 days/week in the Hudson Yards, NYC office)Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependentsGenerous PTOCollaborative and innovative startup cultureOpportunity to make a significant impact at a rapidly growing technology company
