About the CompanyWe are launching Kindling, a new line of chef-driven sauces!!!! We’re building a new force in the foodservice sauce category — and we’re looking for a closer.Our sauces deliver chef-level flavor, consistency, and margins operators can’t ignore.We’re not following the market. We intend to reset the standard.We’re looking for one or two killers who know how to open accounts, win relationships, and dominate territory.You are: • A hunter — not an order taker • Someone who thrives on opening NEW business • The type who walks into a kitchen and earns the chef’s attention • A relationship-builder who chefs respect • A disciplined follow-up machine • Hungry, sharp, and self-drivenWhat you’ll do: • Open key Food service distributors, restaurants, independent operators, and multi-unit groups • Run demos, tastings, and menu applications • Build and manage distributor authorizations • Grow an active book of accounts monthly • Shape our presence in the NY Metro marketResponsibilities • Drive sales through relationship building. • Conduct presentations and chef-to-chef conversations. • Connect authentically with customers in the New York metro area.Required Skills • Energy and adaptability. • Strong relationship-building skills. • Effective communication skills.Preferred Skills • Experience in foodservice • Familiarity with chef-driven products.Pay range and compensation packageMainly Commission + Base Salary of $120,000 to startWe offer: • Commission on gross profit • Accelerator tiers when you pass profit thresholds • Bonuses for: • Distributor placements • New operator openings • Demo → close conversion rate • Strong leadership, a killer product, and huge upsideIf you want to build something real — let’s talk.IMPORTANT: Send a quick intro/cover letter explaining explaining why you are qualified for the position and why should we hire YOU.
