You will lead dynamic group therapy sessions within a collaborative, tech-forward environment where clinical excellence is prioritized over administrative burden.What We Offer (Why You'll Love Working With Us) Clinical Focus: Our dedicated administrative team handles all intakes and assessments, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical care. Minimal Documentation: Leverage AI-powered transcription tools to virtually eliminate the burden of manual paperwork. Impactful Group Sizes: Lead intimate groups of no more than 8 clients to ensure deep, meaningful connections. Competitive Compensation:Clinical Hours: $30 $36/hr Administrative Tasks: $20/hr ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities and QualificationsLead dynamic group sessions, fostering a "camera-on" culture of accountability and integrated care. Collaborate effectively with Care Coaches and Primary Therapists. QualificationsA Master s degree or higher in a mental health field (MSW, M.A. in Counseling, PsyD, etc.). Clinical experience within the past year, ideally with LGBTQIA+ and high-acuity clients. Proficiency in modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR; Motivational Interviewing (MI) certification is a major plus. Tech-savvy skills with Zoom, Slack, G-Suite, and EMR systems. Schedule and EligibilityThis is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
