Whether shaping policy, facilitating cross-sector partnerships, mobilizing capital, or crafting public-facing communications, we help mission-driven teams operationalize vision with clarity and credibility.Role DescriptionThe Content Strategist is an experienced creative design professional responsible for developing content strategies and campaigns, creating content of all types, designing creative materials, and managing content for various platforms. The position is part-time to full-time as needed to accommodate top candidates. Residency in Deschutes County is required, but this is a hybrid position with weekly in-person meetings and regular work from home.QualificationsHighly internally motivated with commitment to social and environmental impact3-7 years experience in content strategy and campaign planningExcellent writing skillsStrong graphic design skillsProficiency in communications design using Canva and Adobe suiteStrong social media experience across diverse platforms including Linkedin, FB, IG and TikTokExperience managing content across diverse platforms including Constant Contact and MailChimpExperience with web design across platforms such as Wix, Squarespace and WebflowExperience managing printing and production of diverse materialsLight administrative support tasks in support of gatherings, conferences, and client needsCompensationSalary range of $40,000-$60,000 depending on experienceHealth insurance, including vision and dentalRetirement benefitsPaid professional development
