The successful candidate will you are responsible for the technical delivery of your team: aligning with product and leadership on roadmaps, owning your deliverables commitments and growing your team's technical expertise. Minimum of 4 years developing software in modern programming languages in a Linux environmentMinimum of 4 years’ experience managing software development teamsMinimum of 3 years’ experience managing and developing direct reports (talent management, recruiting, accountability, motivation/engagement)Strong background in languages and frameworks – HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, React, git/GitHubFamiliar with multiple CMS systems (Word Press, Drupal, Magento etc)E-commerce platform, including cataloging and secure paymentsFamiliarity with web QA tools and processesIntegration experience with external systems, SAP integration a plusPrior experience growing a web development team with a mix of permanent and contract staffsExperience establishing and evolving lean or agile development processesExperience building and operating Internet-scale applicationsFirst-hand knowledge of the engineering challenges with large scale distributed systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable operating at both strategic and architectural levels.Graduate degree a plusSalary Range$170,000 - $190,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
