Plastic Injection Processor

Hello, We are looking for a plastic injection machine operator working first shift. Part time between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. approximately 25 hours per week. We manufacture plastics for our own consumer products line and is looking for a Plastic injection machine processor to oversee Three (3) Arburgs 110, 165 and 220 ton. Must be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. Your role will be to troubleshoot, ensure parts meet tolerances, set/maintain molds and oversee newer Arburg plastic injection machines. Required Plastic Injection Molding Experience: 7 year minimum direct experience with processing parts using Arburg Machines Ability to operate machine parameters for different plastic resins Ability to process and improve mold settings Ability for 1st part QC checks and understand production scheduling Ability to deal with tight tolerances on high volume production scale Basic Plastic Injection Machine/Mold Maintenance Skills Responsibilities: Oversee three plastic injection machines 110ton, 165 ton and 220ton Set and Remove Molds Advanced operation of plastic injection molding presses from start to finish. Maintain production and on-time schedules. Troubleshoot and solve problems. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
