This role blends customer service, admin support, and creative work. You’ll be an important part of our team, helping support daily operations while creating a great experience for our residents and property owners. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with multiple departments across the organization.Our office includes dedicated departments for marketing, sales, leasing, property management, accounting, and maintenance. This position gives you exposure to all areas of the business, allowing you to learn, grow, and find the path that fits you best.We’re Looking For Someone WhoEnjoys being on the phone and connecting with peopleIs organized, detail-oriented, and dependableLikes variety and can handle multiple tasks in a dayIs comfortable working on a computer and learning new systemsHas a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a teamIs interested in growing within real estate/property managementNo Experience Required — We Will Train The Right Person.Applicants must be at least 18 years old.What You’ll DoProvide backup support for office phones and front desk coverageCall clients and residents for customer satisfaction check-insAssist with social media and blog writingHelp onboard new properties into our systemSend welcome cards and anniversary packages to property ownersManage the office birthday calendar and team celebrationsAssist with property showings when the leasing team needs supportRepresent the company at events and community functions (occasionally outside of normal business hours)Assist with secondary review requests and deposit-related processesAssist with maintenance work order billing and administrative follow-upMonitor and respond to office chat communications to support team coordinationSend review requests and follow up with clients to support company growth and online presenceSupport the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasksScheduleMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMHours may expand over time based on business needs and performanceWork EnvironmentPrimarily in-office in PuyallupSome field work requiredCompany vehicle provided for work-related travelCompany gear and laptop providedPay & BenefitsStarting at $20/hour, with room for growth based on performanceReal estate license reimbursement as you grow with the companyHealth and dental insurance options after 90 daysSimple IRA with company match up to 3% after 1 yearPaid holidaysPTO accrued at 10 days per year (based on a 40-hour work week, prorated for part-time hours)RequirementsMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust be authorized to work in the United StatesReal Property Management Today is an equal opportunity employer.
