Job Description We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in either our Skilled Nursing (Short-Term Rehab) or Long-Term Care units. We have openings for both fast-paced clinical recovery and relationship-based resident care.What You'll DoSkilled Nursing: Provide acute care for patients recovering from surgery or illness. You will manage IVs, wound care, and rehab goals.Long-Term Care: Provide ongoing medical care for residents in their permanent home, focusing on chronic disease management and quality of life.Daily Duties: Administer medications, perform head-to-toe assessments, and lead a team of LPNs and CNAs.Communication: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and families to provide the best care possible.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCurrent BLS/CPR certification.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Previous experience in geriatrics, nursing homes, and skilled nursing is a plusProficiency in tube feeding, basic life support, and medication administrationFamiliarity with anatomy and physiology**Pay based on experience**
