Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Duties: - Conduct thorough oral exams, including vital signs, to identify potential health issues. - Clean teeth and maintain good oral hygiene through a variety of procedures, including scaling and polishing. - Provide preventive care to patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry. - Utilize advanced technology, such as CAD and dental software like Eaglesoft and Dentrix, to document patient records and manage treatment plans. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure that all records are compliant with relevant systems and regulations. - Collaborate with dentists to provide comprehensive care and address any oral health concerns. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized guidance on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. - Stay current with industry developments and best practices in general dentistry. Skills: - Proven experience in a dental clinic environment. - Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures. - Proficiency with dental software, including Eaglesoft and Dentrix. - Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with vital signs and medical records systems. - Commitment to patient satisfaction and ongoing professional development.
