Join us on our journey and make a meaningful impact on the lives of people around the globe.Position SummaryOversee the HR systems administration working with Otsuka Systems manager and EMEA systems administrator. Provide support on reconciliations and data validation. Provide regular accurate reports and analytics as scheduled. Deliver ad hoc reports and modeling as requested and back up assistance on special projects.Responsibilities And DutiesOversee all HR systems, development, implementation and maintenance of the systems. Ensure that file feeds are accurate and populating to the correct fields.Be the first level go-to person for HR staff and employees experiencing difficulties using the HR systems. Develop training tools for HR systems use for managers and employees.Periodically review and evaluate systems to support the changing needs for HR leadership. Assist with data reconciliation validation.Working closely with HRBPs maintain HR dashboard for each department, on quarterly basis.Identify and implement process improvements to make systems more streamlinedAssist with gathering and posting data to create Total Reward Statements for all US employees starting 2025Assist with providing data for audits and compliance filingsAssist with Ad-Hoc project as neededRequirementsBS/BA in Business administration or relevant field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of prior HR experience Prior experience with WorkDay and ADP Workforce Now MS Word mail merge experience required Advanced MS Excel skills required (formulas, VLOOKUP) Experience with Radford surveys is a plus Strong project management skills: impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Flexible, self-motivated team player with ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and consistent willingness to support all team members Salary range: $110,250 - $133,990 (Annual Base Salary)The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
