AI Optimization Engineer

A company is looking for an AI Optimization Engineer to lead and define optimization capabilities across its product suite. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the technical strategy for optimization use cases across the product portfolio Design, implement, and benchmark optimization algorithms, ensuring practical usability for end-users Drive end-to-end delivery of optimization solutions from prototype to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with 3+ years of industry experience, or a PhD in a related field Proven track record of taking optimization solutions from problem definition to production with measurable business impact Proficiency with at least one major optimization framework such as Google OR-Tools, Gurobi, or CPLEX Strong programming skills in Python, with C++ or Java as a plus Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including deploying and scaling computational workloads
