HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Machine Learning Implementation Engineer / MLOps Engineer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: Machine Learning Implementation Engineer / MLOps EngineerReq ID: 157830Position Type: Full-time (Onsite)Location: San Antonio, TexasRole/ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, deployment, and operationalization of machine learning models.Design and enhance ML pipelines using Python, SQL, and approved enterprise frameworks.Set up and support OpenShift, Docker, service accounts, libraries, model artifacts, and execution workflows.Develop and monitor Control-M workflows for data preparation, batch scoring, feature extraction, and model execution.Build and validate data pipelines using Snowflake, relational databases, and other enterprise data platforms.Implement real-time scoring, output validation, logging, monitoring, exception handling, and downstream delivery.Support model migration, testing, CI/CD deployment, production releases, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.Maintain technical documents, runbooks, workflow diagrams, wiki updates, and operational handover materials.Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, model owners, platform teams, governance teams, and business stakeholders.Minimum RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, machine learning model implementation, data pipelines, orchestration, and MLOps.Experience deploying and supporting machine learning models in enterprise environments.Experience with OpenShift, Docker, GitLab, Snowflake, Kafka, DBT, and Control-M.Experience with CI/CD, model monitoring, testing, production QA, and UAT support.Experience working with cloud or on-premises machine learning environments.Desired QualificationsExperience with real-time model scoring and batch model execution.Experience with model migration, enhancement, refactoring, modernization, and platform upgrades.Strong documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.Pay and BenefitsPay Range Minimum: $100000Pay Range Maximum: $148000HCL is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
