Team Leadership & People ManagementLead the in-store team to maintain service standards and make operational decisions based on real-time situations.Establish labor plans, manage schedules, and oversee total labor costs based on sales targets and customer flow.Take responsibility for team operations through attendance management, performance evaluation, and providing feedback.Lead HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, and training, to build and stabilize the store organization.2. Store Operations & Payment ManagementOversee all store operations, including POS, payments, cash management, and daily reconciliation.Ensure compliance with payment/operational regulations and security standards in line with company policies.Continuously improve operational efficiency and manage the floor to ensure smooth customer service during peak times.3. Business Performance & SalesManage store performance metrics (conversion rates, average transaction value, sales per hour) and take responsibility for achieving sales targets.Develop and execute sales strategies reflecting store conditions and customer characteristics to generate results.Manage overall inventory, prevent shrinkage, and establish a system to minimize losses.4.
