Our client, one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, is hiring a Luxury Brand Manager to manage their luxury supercar showroom in NYC!As the Luxury Brand Manager, you would lead the location's brand awareness and customer service needs by connecting with customers regularly, managing the dealership network, and scheduling events and meetings in the showroom.QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in retail, with a strong emphasis on experiential environmentsExperience within premium or luxury brandsDemonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive marketing initiatives and elevate customer engagementExceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detailProven ability to take direction while also operating independently with sound judgmentPositive, professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong service orientation, with a commitment to delivering elevated, personalized guest experiencesHigh level of integrity and professionalism in all customer-facing interactionsFlexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekendsEffective team collaborator with strong active listening and responsive communication skillsAbility to assess situations critically and implement thoughtful, solution-oriented responsesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Demonstrated commitment to compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standardsPhysically capable of standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, and lifting to 25 pounds as requiredWhat you Will Do:Act as the primary point of reference for the Lounge and manage all activities within the space.Liaise and coordinate with the extended Lamborghini corporate team, dealer network, and customers to schedule and manage the Lounge's master event calendar.Oversee and coordinate monthly maintenance needs, such as housekeeping, pest control, repair service, etc. and manage all appointments to ensure the Lounge is up to date at all times.Availability to be accessible onsite when various partners/suppliers need to access the space such as vehicle delivery, detailing appointments, caterer and AV set up.Ensure the space is organized and that supplies/stocks are adequate at all times. Initiate organization efforts especially when shipments of items are received.Work both independently and as an extension of the marketing team on a range of programs, small and large, when hosted at the Lounge.Acquire an appropriate amount of logistical and technical knowledge of the Lounge to trouble shoot and/or contact appropriate service for Lounge equipment, platforms and amenities.Provide exceptional customer experience to pre-scheduled visiting guests, including customers, dealers, partners and suppliers, and navigate ad hoc requests.Manage program budgets, overviews and recaps to share with the extended teamGenerate monthly internal reports on Lounge activity and year-to-date revenueEffectively manage a fast-paced environment with numerous projectsMaintain consistent communication with corporate teamParticipate in the creation of new initiatives and programs to constantly innovate the offering of the spaceMaintain confidential and proprietary company and customer information and assetsEnsure that lounge is clean and tidy at all timesManage the schedule for housekeeping and run errands when necessary to have the right resources in place at any given timeLiaise with Lounge partner brands for contract compliance and maintenance requirements
