NEXA PM Early Talent ProgramThe NEXA PM Early Talent Program is a six-month rotational program designed for recent college graduates who want real-world experience, broad business exposure, and a clear path into a full-time role. Participants rotate through multiple core business functions, gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, and develop the skills needed to launch a successful long-term career at NEXA.
