Lead/Lead-in-training Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician About The RoleWe are looking for a Lead or Lead-in-Training Service Technician to join our team and take ownership of job sites while leading a small crew. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining kitchen grease exhaust systems, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work for our customers.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, leading others, and taking pride in getting the job done right.Opportunity to earn a base salary plus commission. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a crew of Service Technicians on job sitesClean and maintain kitchen grease exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fansRemove grease buildup through scraping and power washingEnsure all safety procedures are followed on and off the job siteTransport, operate, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehiclesInstall and seal access panels as neededComplete required job documentation, including reports, photos, and service recordsIdentify and report safety hazards or equipment issuesTrain and support new technicians on procedures and safety standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areasQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year of experience in a related field Experience leading or training others is a plusMechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRequirementsAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and on-call as neededComfortable working on rooftops and in confined spacesAbility to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs regularly, more with assistance)Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and physical environmentsBasic technology skills (smartphone, tablet, job reporting systems)Why Join UsOpportunity to step into a leadership role in the fieldHands-on work with a strong team environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesStable, full-time work with growth potentialApply TodayIf you are a dependable, hardworking technician ready to lead a crew and grow your career, we encourage you to apply.
