Job Description General ManagerHardee's –Weeki Wachee, FL and surrounding areasQUICK SERVICE GENERAL MANAGERWe are seeking qualified individuals to manage our Lakeland and surrounding area restaurants. Phase Three Star LLC owns and operates over 70 Hardee's Restaurants throughout the Southeast, Georgia and Alabama.Hardee's General Managers achieve sales growth through maintaining the highest standard in quality, service, and cleanliness while maintaining focus on maximizing profit.JOB DescriptionInterview and hire staff to operate the restaurant to company standards and in compliance with local, state and federal regulationsSchedule staff to accommodate guest flow and speed of service standardControl payroll to meet company labor cost standardTrain and develop shift managers and crewProvide coaching and discipline as warrantedConduct team meetings with management team and crew to discuss operational procedures, promotions, safety, security, training and recognition for outstanding resultsMaintain an adequate supply of products and items necessary to operate the restaurant.Control inventory to meet company Food Cost standardProduce reports and records based on company standards and in compliance with local, state and federal regulationsMaintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventative maintenance procedures and guidelinesResponsible for all cash handling within the store and ensuring cash handling procedures are adhered toEnsure that personal appearance for self and crew meet company standards without exceptionModel professional behavior with guests and staff at all times.Ensure all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are recognized and enforced to ensure a safe environment for allPerform other tasks as directed by the District Manager and at all times represent Phase Three Star LLC in a positive and professional mannerREQUIREMENTSQualified applicants must have current experience as a Restaurant Manager with three years recent experience as a General Manager in a QSRExcellent communications skillsStrong leadership skills with supervisory experienceExceptional, proven Customer Service skillsComfortable in a problem solving position in a fast paced environmentProficient in using computers, MS Office, and emailComfortable with planning, budgeting, scheduling, P&L management and financial analysisAbility to manage a million dollar businessMust have professional references, submit to a background check and drug testingValid Driver's License and good driving record requiredWe offer competitive starting pay, bonus potential, an excellent benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) and advancement opportunities as we continue to grow
