As a Specialist, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with camp operations. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesFollow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.Lead structured activity timesProvide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragementIndividualize activities to suit each child's abilitiesCommunicate with parents/guardiansFollow all health and safety guidelines QualificationsPrevious experience coaching children/students is a plusPrior playing experience is preferredKnowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not requiredPositive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
