With a commitment to going above and beyond, our team is a supportive and vibrant group where every member is valued and encouraged to grow!WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE AS OUR PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR - CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANTThis is a high-energy, outward-facing role where you'll:Engage with 80–100 patients dailyDirect patient flow and keep the office on timeSchedule appointments and manage calendarsLead huddles and drive daily prioritiesCommunicate promotions, events, and offersGenerate leads and follow up with patientsTrack performance metrics and complianceRepresent the office at community outreach eventsServe as the main communicator between patients and staffYou'll stay busy, and that's the point.Your schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:40 AM – 11:15 AM or 12:15 PM (depending on the doctor's schedule), then again from 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM after a mid-day break. On Tuesdays, your shift is 11:45 AM – 6:30 PM.
