This executive will play a pivotal part in the company's journey towards significant revenue growth, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and establishing a robust financial foundation. The successful candidate will be a senior advisor to the executive team, leading all financial management aspects, and will be instrumental in influencing long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and acquisitions. A hands-on approach is essential, as is the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role, and a strong background in construction, development, or related industries. The role requires a proven track record in scaling a company through operational discipline and strategic foresight, particularly in the range of $500MM to $1B+. Expertise in construction finance, M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets is a must. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to champion innovation through financial technology, and a commitment to building scalable financial systems and controls to support the company's growth.
