The start date is ASAP for this contract position.Job Title: Associate Director, Paid SocialLocation-Type: REMOTEStart Date Is: ASAP (5/11 or 5/18)Duration: 4 Month ContractCompensation Range: $50-55/hr W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KMust be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Job Description:Senior paid social leader responsible for driving strategy, execution, and optimization of full-funnel paid social campaigns for regulated healthcare/provider brands.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Lead strategy, planning, and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Nextdoor, and emerging platformsBuild and manage full-funnel campaigns for provider and healthcare audiences (HCP and patient-focused)Execute hands-on campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and ongoing performance managementDevelop budget pacing, forecasting, and ongoing performance tracking across six-figure media spendsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements for healthcare advertisingPartner with analytics teams to interpret performance data and translate into actionable insightsCreate reporting dashboards, executive summaries, and monthly performance updates/newslettersRecommend platform mix and strategy based on audience, performance trends, and business goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with client services, analytics, strategy, and creative teamsSupport planning cycles and strategic roadmap development for client accountsRequirements:Must-Haves:8-10 years of paid social strategy and execution experienceStrong agency experienceDeep experience in provider healthcare marketingHands-on expertise managing campaigns in Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and NextdoorProven ability to build full-funnel paid social strategies and execute in-platformStrong understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirementsExperience managing six-figure budgets and pacing/reporting accuracyStrong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendationsExperience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, platform-native tools, third-party measurement platforms)Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in executionNice-to-Haves:Sprout Social experiencePayer healthcare marketing experienceExperience supporting new business or pitch work
