Job Description: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for a multi-disciplinary DevTestOps team.Track and manage projects focused on integrating Jira, Azure DevOps, and new engineering processes.Coordinate rollout and maintenance of security tooling, ensuring vulnerability remediation is prioritized.Monitor scaling and maintenance of Automation Testing Infrastructure and software build environments.Maintain dashboards for visibility into build health, test coverage, and security posture.Leverage AI to analyze software quality trends and predict potential regressions.Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline.Advocate for improvements to unreliable processes.Champion collaboration initiatives between DevTestOps and product development teams.Requirements: 10 to 15 years of experienceExpertise in Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub/GitLabKnowledge of qTest, Selenium, SPyTestFamiliarity with security tools like BlackDuck, CoverityExperience with software build systems (Jenkins/ADO Pipelines), Docker, KubernetesCoding proficiency in VsCode IDE and PythonBachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package
