Role Description We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team full-time at our Alexandria, LA location. This on-site role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include processing policy documents, maintaining accurate records, and staying updated on Shelter Insurance® products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and provide superior service.Strong organizational skills for managing client records and transactions efficiently.Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.Professional demeanor and a commitment to upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer focus.Experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.State insurance licensing is required or must be obtained within a set time frame upon hire.
