We're hiring a hands-on Project Manager to lead crews, enforce safety, and take full ownership of field projects. You will be the accountable on-site leader, a team player who drives continuous improvement and works alongside your crew when needed. This is a Salary position (Range $65K to $75K) and reports directly to the General Manager. (THIS JOB IS IN TOLEDO, OH - We are looking for local candidates) What you'll doLeadership & Crew ManagementLead and supervise field crews on active job sitesAddress employee concerns directly while maintaining professionalism and enforcing company standardsCommunicate accurate and consistent information to employees in a union environment; seek clarification when policies, procedures, or contract details are unclearEnsure employees are properly trained on job tasks, safety requirements, and company proceduresLead workforce management activities including hiring, coaching, discipline, and termination in partnership with leadership and HR Safety & ComplianceEnforce OSHA and company safety standards without exception Project Execution & LogisticsManage materials, equipment, and daily job site logisticsServe as the primary on-site contact for customers and ensure projects are completed on schedule and aligned with scope Documentation & ReportingMaintain clear, accurate daily logs and project documentationProvide regular reports on project status, crew performance, and safety issues to the General Manager What you needExperience in construction, environmental, industrial, or field servicesPrior leadership or crew supervision experienceAbility to hold team members accountable and address issues directlyStrong written communication and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's licenseA hands-on leader who works well with diverse teams and fosters a culture of accountability This role is a good fit if you are decisive, organized, and comfortable enforcing standards. It is not a fit if you avoid accountability or struggle with detailed documentation. Field-based work with outdoor conditions, variable job sites, and schedule flexibility.
